UEL Partnership
To enable athletes to reach their full potential it is widely recognised that an holistic training approach will better prepare them for competitive sport. With this in mind The London Borough of Redbridge Swimming Club have teamed up with East London University to form an ongoing partnership that is mutually beneficial.
The University of East London have agreed to second student from the fields of psychology, nutrition, physiology and testing to work with our swimmers. Students will assist swimmers to become physically and mentally prepared for training and competition.

MIND TRAINING FOR SWIMMERS].
Students will benefit from having the opportunity to gain hands on experience of working with competitive swimmers, hone their skills/practice and knowledge during their secondment. All students will be CRB checked and supervised by the university.
LBRSC is committed to look for new and innovative way of providing opportunities for swimmers that will enhance their swimming abilities.
Swim training
L.B. Redbridge Swimming Club is a very busy and popular club, this inevitably leads to waiting lists for new intake to be accomodated. We have a partnership with an independant local swimming club called Waves to take new learn to swim candidates where our waiting list is too long or more specialised/one to one teaching may be appropriate. In turn Waves advise LBRSC of their swimmers who may benefit from a more competitive style of teaching.

Financial Partnerships
LBRSC is a non profit making organisation run entirely by volunteers. We are constantly looking for local businesses who may be able to help the club financially. In return we offer a range of promotional opportunities and also a way for local organisations to get involved in a club which is run to benefit the children of the London Borough Of Redbridge.
Our swimmers also regularly compete in national swimming events where publicity of your organisation may reach a much wider audience.
